Most orders will ship UPS Ground, however FedEx and USPS are occasionally used.
Mirrors are made to order and require up to 7 days lead time to ship, however most designs ship within 3 days. See the specific product page for additional lead time details.
Once the order has shipped, ground shipping transit time is typically 3-7 business days depending on the delivery location.
Most of our designs can be made a custom size. Contact us with your specs and we will provide the cost of the custom order and shipping charge.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Any damage that renders the item unfit for resale results in a 100% loss of value.
You may request a cancellation, before item has, shipped for a full refund.
Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If you order was damaged during shipping, notify us within 24 hours of the day of delivery. We will provide you with instructions for replacement.
