Ordering, Shipping & Returns
Items are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Orders should arrive in 4-10 business days. You will receive an email order notification and a shipping notification with a tracking number to track your shipment.
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Contact us within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has shipped
Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for returns because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Notify us within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise damaged during shipping. We will provide you with instructions for replacement.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Any damage that renders the item unfit for resale results in a 100% loss of value.
